Orders are confirmed upon successful verification. We may contact you to verify order details before processing.
Minimum order value may apply for certain promotions or free shipping eligibility.

Payment Terms
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across Pakistan.
Full payment is due at the time of delivery to the courier or delivery personnel.
Refusing delivery without a valid reason (such as product damage or incorrect item) may result in your account being flagged for future orders.
For wholesale or bulk orders, advance payment via bank transfer may be required.

Shipping & Delivery
- We ship nationwide across Pakistan via trusted courier partners including TCS, Leopards, and M&P
- Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location
- Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 5,000
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, or public holidays
- You will receive tracking information via email and SMS once your order is dispatched

Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that specific product.
