Ship It Back
Pack the item securely in original packaging and ship it to the provided address.
Receive Refund
Refund processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear
- Custom or cut-to-length cables and wires
- Clearance or final sale items marked as non-returnable
- Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Products with tampered or removed serial numbers
Refund Method
Refunds are issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash — whichever is most convenient for you.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective, damaged during shipping, or an incorrect product was sent.
In case of defective or damaged items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
